WaterColor

Situated along 30A, between Seaside and Grayton Beach, the WaterColor Resort community truly offers something for all ages. Our WaterColor properties are located throughout the 499 acre southern coastal resort, and offer a variety of locations. From the Camp District of WaterColor, to homes along beautiful Western Lake, you are sure to find rental accommodations to suit the needs of your family.

Grayton Beach

This was the first community established along the Beaches of South Walton around the late 19th century. It has maintained its atmosphere of a small cozy town and has developed an eclectic collection of picket fences, narrow tree lined streets, oyster-shell roads, funky art galleries, antique and specialty shops,and great dining including dining at the infamous Red Bar.

The natural beauty of Grayton Beach State Park, allows for sunset strolls on the beach and one of the most scenic hiking trails in the area.

Inlet Beach

Inlet Beach is located at the eastern edge of Scenic Highway 30A. This laid-back, residential feel community as a mixture of classic Florida beach cottages and new multi- story villas and homes. Inlet Beach is tucked away in a secluded spot on the Gulf of Mexico. A wonderful quiet vacation awaits you at Inlet Beach.
