DEER LAKE STATE PARK  

Now is a great time to experience the one mile Forest Loop Trail (orange trail) or the one-half mile Lake Trail (blue trail)with it's scenic overlook of DeerLake. Both nature trails are located on the Northside of County Hwy 30A across from the park entrance. For those beachcombers Deer Lake State Park offers some of the most undisturbed view of the sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast. The park's quarter mile dune boardwalk offers some of the best views of a dynamic dune ecosystem to be found on the gulf coast. If you let it, the natural beauty of this spot will take you to a place of serenity.

WATERCOLOR PATHS AND TRAILS - There are numerous boardwalks and scenic
pathways located throughout the 499 acre southern coastal resort of WaterColor
including the walking bridge that spans across Western Lake. This path links the
Town Center, through Cerulean Park, across the bridge, through Cerulean Park
North and ends at the recreation park in the Lake District where the frog pool is
located. Feel free to step out and explore the scenic trails within WaterColor.
