CANCELLATION POLICY


In the event Lessee cancels Lessee's reservation for the leased premises outside thirty (30) days of Lessee's arrival date, then Lessee shall be charged a one hundred ($100.00) dollar cancellation fee. If Lessee cancels Lessee’s reservation for the leased premises within thirty days (30) days of Lessee’s arrival date, prepaid amounts will be retained by Management.

In the event your accommodation becomes unavailable (i.e. residence sold, removal from rental program, acts of nature, mechanical failures or other reasons beyond our control), we will make every effort to substitute a comparable residence. If a comparable residence home is not available, you will have the option of selecting from other available accommodations at the published rate.
