For your private spa time, the downstairs master suite includes a king bed complete with a large shower and generous soaking tub. The other queen bedroom has its own private bath and upstairs there is a bedroom with a full bed and a daybed with trundle and it too, has its own private bath. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, DVD player and VCR. After a day at the beach, relax on one of two screened in porches including one with a giant porch swing, seating area overlooking a lush pristine creek creating complete relaxation and privacy. Also tucked away in the loft overlooking the living room dining room is a reading nook to escape and find a private moment to indulge in a great book.
For assistance in preparing those memorable family meals, there is a fully appointed gourmet kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances. The living area on the first floor has seating for everyone, a TV and an adjoining dining room area with a table that can seat eight or step out to the screened porch where you will find the opportunity to dine with a view.
As an added convenience, there is a small office area with fax machine/copier. This home is conveniently located six blocks from the beach and the private Watercolor Beach Club. Guests are also just steps away from WaterColor's top ranked tennis facility, and only a short walk to the pool complex at Camp WaterColor and the pool area at the Boathouse. This culdesac location allows families to experience all that the WaterColor Resort has to offer while allowing for safety for your family.
