As always, sanders and watercolor knock it out of the park. The house was the perfect fit for our family- a quick ride to camp watercolor or seaside. We loved the location, the quiet neighborhood, and home was very well maintained and cozy!

The home is beautiful and accommodated our group very well. We were travelling with six people including 3 teenage boys. We enjoyed the bicycles and golf cart. This house is near publix making constant trips for groceries very easy. We also appreciated the welcome box from Sanders Beach Rentals. It was full of some necessities and some beach SWAG. The rental company was immediately responsive to a couple of my silly questions during our stay. This place is a 5/5 and I plan on returning soon.

MY HUSBAND AND I BROUGHT OUR THREE GRANDCHILDREN, SON-IN-LAW AND DAUGHTER TO WISTERIA WAY AND HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. THE KIDS ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE POOLS AND THE DAYS JUST FLEW BY. BEAUTIFUL WEATHER AT A BEAUTIFUL HOUSE IN A BEAUTIFUL NEIGHBORHOOD JUST TOPPED EVERYTHING OFF AND HAVING THE USE OF THE GOLF CART WAS A MAJOR PLUS!OUR NEIGHBORS, DAN & PEGGY PAULSEN, HERE IN PLYMOUTH, MICHIGAN HAVE STAYED IN WATERCOLOR AT VARIOUS HOMES FOR ABOUT NINE YEARS AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IT TO US!!! WE CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABO

The house we stayed at was amazing. I can?t express enough how wonderful our stay was. The house was very clean and well stocked. It was the most comfortable home we have stayed. We are looking forward to staying in that same home again. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. This company is by far the best rental company we have worked with in that area.

We enjoyed our stay at 203 Wisteria! The home is simply but beautifully decorated. It is very comfortable and felt like home away from home. We enjoyed riding the bikes through beautiful Watercolor. Sanders Beach Rentals was great to work with. We had one small issue with the rental and they responded immediately and made it right. We appreciate the fabulous customer service.

This home is everything we could?ve ever wished for! Beautifully decorated, great location, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The fact that it comes with a golf cart was a huge plus also. It made our trip so enjoyable. We will definitely book through Sanders again and likely this house again! Thank you! Great experience! Super fast response time and always friendly!

After staying in Destin/Mirimar a few years ago we came across Watercolor and Sanders Beach Rentals. We will never stay anywhere else in Florida now. Both 91 BlueJack and 203 Wisteria have exceeded our expectations and made our stay simple and enjoyable. The entire Sanders team was great to work with. Priscilla has now helped me two years in a row to book our stay. She has been patient and thorough helping us find a house that matches our needs with young kids.

The house was perfect for our family and made our week in Watercolor very enjoyable! The house was very clean and adequately stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfy and the porches were wonderful to hang out on and relax! The golf cart was fun to cruise around the neighborhood in and made for trips to the Beach club and Camp Watercolor much easier. We will definitely be back!

203 Wisteria was absolutely perfect as it relates to condition and the little things that you would want while away. The team was incredibly responsive and kind. Every time I called I was able to either reach someone or was called back within minutes.
