DETAILS:

Understated elegance abounds in this newly furnished, profesionally decorated, yet comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage (with additional queen sleeper sofa). Extensive shiplap, trim woodwork, interior transoms and fine artwork add to the charm, providing guests with a true coastal living experience.

The open concept layout allows a comfortable flow between the kitchen, dinning and living areas. A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy for guests to cook/bake as little or as much as they want making it enjoyable to celebrate holidays together. The master suite features a new king size bed, wall mounted television and large ensuite bath with double sink vanity, claw foot garden tub and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom provides a new queen size bed, a wall mounted television and connecting bathroom with a shower and tub. There is an additional queen size sofa sleeper in the living area. Large, fully furnished porches extend the living experience to the outdoors where guests enjoy wooded views while relaxing and listening to the sounds of nature. This cottage is nestled in a quiet cul de sac, ideal for outdoor play, bicycle riding or walking a pet.

27 Lyonia Lane has something for everyone; located steps from Seaside Square and WaterColor Tennis Center, a short walk or bike ride to WaterColor Beach club as well as Camp WaterColor and yet with wooded paths outside the front door. It feels secluded while being centrally located in an ideal destination for relaxing and building lasting memories. Enjoy!

PLEASE NOTE: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

This adorable cottage was just perfect for us! Fully equipped kitchen, very clean, plenty of linens, outdoor grill, comfortable furnishings (we LOVED the comfy furniture on the front porch - a favorite hangout). Our dog loved the trails and "yard" area. The provided bikes made it easy and fun to get around. Location next to the tennis courts was perfect - just a short walk to trails, town square, restaurants, and even the Ocean Club. We felt like we were tucked away from the world and would definitely come back to this property!

This was an amazing vacation! This house is absolutely beautiful, and we would definitely stay there again! The house was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The screened-in front porch and large back porch are a dream! We rarely needed our car during our trip because the bikes were perfect for riding around the community.
