Located in The Crossings District of Watercolor, 31 Winterberry Circle boasts beautiful garden views with grassy areas and nature trails perfect for children and pets to run and play. For added convenience, a 6 passenger electric cart is available to transport you and your party around the community. Looking for a slower pace, bikes are also available to help you unwind after a long day in the sun. Perhaps an even greater amenity is the location of Publix to this home. A short, 5 minute or less walk to the local Publix down the sandy trials allows you to navigate around vehicle traffic. After picking up your groceries, enjoy cooking in this fully stocked kitchen with stainless GE appliances. Not yet mentioned, is the generous wrap around porch equipped with large propane grill, ample seating and ceiling fans… the perfect place to unwind before dinner. Not feeling like cooking, no worries. Hop in your electric cart or bikes and ride into Seaside or down 30A for award winning dining options. The stairs lead you to the remaining 3 bedrooms in the home. A second master is upstairs which overlooks the beautiful garden the front of the house faces.
