I recently just went on my first trip to 30A in the panhandle of Florida. As a born Floridian from the “main peninsula” I have not spent much time up there, yet all my Dallas friends flock there every chance they get. I was immediately intrigued by the landscape. Pine straw meets palm trees, the south meets tropical. Southeastern architecture with coastal warmth. I loved the combination. Sanders Beach Rentals graciously hosted a group of us in a gorgeous home just steps from the beach and WaterColor Beach Club. The whole weekend was truly a treat and I couldn’t be more excited to share with you!
30A is a timeless destination comprised of communities like WaterColor, Seaside, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach. All charming towns unique in their own ways. From our rental property, we could be at the beach in about a five minute walk. The home was spacious, inviting, and the ideal situation for a large group of friends or family. I often hesitate with renting houses for vacation, but Sanders Beach Rentals had nice sheets, bathroom amenities, and all of their WaterColor rental properties have access to the WaterColor Beach Club which is, in my opinion, very necessary. Poolside service, beach chairs lined up, and a great spot by the beach to grab a drink and relax.

I plan to go back with friends and family as soon as I can!
