With our steadfast commitment to luxury hospitality, and cleanliness, Sanders Beach Rentals portfolio of luxury homes offer a safe place for you and your loved ones to recharge and reconnect in incredible new setting.

Enhanced Cleaning Protocols:

Sanders Beach Rentals cleaning protocols meet EPA standards and are derived from the Centers for Disease Control (“CDC”) guidelines and recommendations. We closely oversee and enforce rigorous housekeeping standards to ensure that you and your family are entering into a clean home where you can focus on what matters most—creating memories together that will last a lifetime.

  • Our property care teams have also been thoroughly educated on updated safety standards and the precautionary measures in place as the health and are dedicated to the continued commitment of maintaining a safe environment for our clients and staff.  

  • ALL Sanders Beach Rentals Homes are on our Clean Linen Program. This is important, as it means the cleaning practices for ALL of our linens far exceed those of the industry. Every article of linen and every towel in all of our homes is sterilized to hospital regulations.

  • Properties are not only be cleaned, but also undergo rigorous sanitization and disinfection protocols every time. Though already a part of our normal, pre-COVID-19 standard, we are giving particular attention to high-touch items. The frequency, depth, and duration of cleaning and sanitizing have been increased substantially.

Travel Insurance:

While our mission is to provide guests with exceptional vacation experiences, we understand that many other important factors might affect your decision to travel right now. We highly recommend purchasing coverage through Rental Guardian, not only for peace of mind, but as a convenient way to protect your family vacation. During the booking process, guests have the option to select whether or not they would like to include travel insurance. For those guests 30 or more days from arrival, it may also be added to your reservation. Travel insurance covers many unexpected situations that can arise requiring cancellation, interruption or delay of your travel plans.

Why Choose Travel Insurance?

Cancellation Policy:

Guest may cancel the reservation for the leased premises by notifying Management in writing at least sixty (60) days prior to Guest’s arrival date (“Cancellation Period”). In such instances, the full amount of Guest’s Advanced Reservation Deposit will be refunded, less a Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00) Dollar cancellation fee. Should Guest cancel or shorten the reservation for the leased premises within sixty (60) days of Guest’s arrival date, Guest will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges. Any refunds for cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period has expired must be obtained from Rental Guardian and are subject to their policies, conditions, and restrictions. If you choose to decline Rental Guardian Travel Protection Insurance, no refunds will be provided for cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, and you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking. 

Due to COVID-19, federal, state and/or local governments have issued restrictive orders and may issue further restrictive orders, including but not limited to, restricting travel, restricting rental dates, restricting use of facilities, restaurants and beaches, etc. Guest is knowingly entering into this Agreement during the COVID-19 pandemic and assumes all risks of doing so, including the risk of having to move his or her rental dates due to restrictive governmental orders. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Guest shall not be entitled to a refund of any and all amounts paid to Management and/or any and all amounts due and payable to Management under the terms of this Agreement, as a result of and/or relating to any and all effects of the COVID-19 pandemic or any other pandemic. Management has the complete discretion to grant Guest a credit to be used towards another rental within the 12-month period beginning on the date Management grants the credit.
