Our family of 10, 5 adults and 5 children, had a blast last week! The house is walking distance to all the restaurants and food trucks in Seaside. You can walk, bike, or ride the cart to the beach club and enjoy the pools or the beach. We rode the bikes all around, including to Publix. The washer and dryer came in handy with all the kiddos. We love our yearly visit to Watercolor!

Beautiful property! Well appointed, well maintained. Great proximity to beach club, seaside square and Publix. Perfect home base for our first time to Watercolor. Made great use of the bikes, golf cart, and access to Watercolor beach club. Huge bonus we could bring our sweet dog with us on the trip. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We had a mini-reunion at this rental. There were 9 of us. The space was perfect for kids and adults alike. There were plenty of beds, bathrooms, lounge space for everyone to enjoy. We had a couple of hiccups; management responded immediately and things were fixed quickly. It was the most impressive management I've ever seen in my 10 years of vacation rentals. The bikes and golf cart were great additions that made our stay in Seaside even more enjoyable. Thank you for giving all of us memories that will last a lifetime!

Just cannot say enough wonderful things about Sanders Rental team. Any problem we had they helped immediately! The house was great with a very open floor plan and room for everyone. The location of the house is just perfect! Highly recommend!

Great location for Tennis and dog walks

The house literally is in the center of everything. The tennis courts across the street, and there are five paths to walk a dog steps from the front door. A great pet friendly rental. The house is spacious and comfortable, and clean. Sanders is our first choice when looking for rental properties. We have been renting in the Santa Rosa Beach area twice a year over 5 years, have used 4 different companies and VRBO. Sanders consistently provides a great service.
