Standard Travel Insurance
- Available to: All US and Eligible Non US Travelers.
- Retail price: 7.0% x trip cost.
- Covers 100% of covered trip cancellation and interruption reasons.
- Coverage may be purchased at the following times:
- At time of initial booking;
- Up to 30 days before initial check-in.
- Traveler may purchase less than 30 days if purchase of coverage is on same day as booking made.
Cancel For Any Reason
- Available to: US travelers ONLY (excluding: NY, WA and NH state residents).
- Retail price: 10.8% x trip cost.
- Covers 100% of covered trip cancellation and interruption reasons & covers 60% of any trip cancellation reasons not listed in the policy.
- Coverage may be purchased at the following times:
- At time of initial booking
- Within 14 days of initial booking.
- NO PURCHASES allowed less than 30 days before check in date.

How do I make a travel insurance claim?
Filing a claim is a relatively easy process.
- Cancel the reservation – you must obtain proof of canceled/delayed/etc. reservation and provide it to the Insurance company during the claim process along with the policy number.
- Contact the Insurance Company to initiate a claim by phone at 1(877) 409-3953 or online at Rental Guardian by submitting the form if you are wanting to cancel, postpone, arrive late or leave early for a covered reason.
- Once your forms are received you’ll be assigned a dedicated claims team member who will process your claim from start to finish and will reach out to you if they have any questions or additional information is needed.
