A native of southeast Alabama, Alison Sanders has always been deeply connected to the Emerald Coast. From her earliest memories, she has spent countless cherished moments with family and friends along the very beaches and bay waters she now calls home.
In 2003, Alison co-founded Sanders Beach Rentals with her father-in-law, Steve, gaining firsthand experience during the rapid growth of WaterColor and the surrounding 30A communities. In 2009, she stepped away from her professional career to focus on her most meaningful role—raising her four children. In early 2018, Alison returned to the business, co-founding Sanders Beach Realty with her husband, Stephen, and focusing on real estate sales. Since that time, she has successfully worked with buyers and sellers across 30A, Destin, and the greater Emerald Coast, bringing both market expertise and a relational approach to every transaction.
Known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and genuine love for people, Alison is passionate about guiding her clients through one of life’s most important investments. What often begins as a business relationship naturally evolves into lasting friendships that extend well beyond closing day.
Alison holds degrees from the University of Alabama and Samford University. She lives in Destin with her husband, Stephen, and their four children, one in college and three in high school. Outside of real estate, her greatest joy is simply being with her family and enjoying the coastal lifestyle she loves.
