Welcome to 12 Viridian Park Drive—your slice of paradise in WaterColor’s Park District! Here, coastal luxury meets laid-back comfort, creating a perfect setting for unforgettable family vacations. With four beautiful bedrooms plus a loft and four bathrooms, this home comfortably hosts up to 10 guests.
Step into the grand great room on the first floor, where high ceilings and rich hardwood floors set an inviting tone. The chef’s kitchen, complete with Viking appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar, flows effortlessly into a dining area that seats 13—perfect for large family meals or cozy dinners in. Tucked on this level is a queen bedroom with a private bath.
Upstairs, relaxation abounds. The master suite boasts a king bed, spa-like bathroom, and private balcony with views of the shimmering pool below. PLEASE NOTE: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
