This is an incredible unit. The location is perfect. It is within walking distance to anything u need especially the beach. Access to WaterColor club is amazing. The unit is bright and clean with two balconies to relax and enjoy the sites and sounds below. Great value. Great amenities. I highly recommend this unit if u need a great place to stay in Watercolor

Beautiful, spacious 2 BR condo, close to everything n Watercolor. Easily walkable to Seaside as well. Close to beach club. Incredibly large porch.

We booked #203 at the last minute for four (4) of us for a week. The unit was extremely clean and decorated very nice. The two (2) balconies were amazing with a ton of seating. Prior to booking the unit, we read reviews talking about the street noise since the unit is located right on 30A. The noise did not bother our family at all. We actually very much enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony and watch the activity. We have gone to 30A a number of times and must say that Sanders Beach Rentals did an amazing job with providing very good instructions prior to our arrival as well as upon our arrival. From my experience they are head and shoulders over other rental companies we used in the past. Overall, I give this rental an "excellent" review.

This condo was perfect for us. Impeccably clean, and convenient to the beach. The porches are huge! The Sanders team was amazing!! Communication was the best we have had before and during our stay, we will absolutely go with this rental agency again.

This was my second time staying here, and I come back in February with girlfriends again. Absolutely love this condo. We had two issues and they were fixed within an hour. Incredible! The guy who came on Saturday to fix stuff was wonderful - so professional and personable. Very, very impressed.

Beautifully decorated and EXCELLENT location. Right on 30A and directly across the street from the Beach Club. So easy to access those amenities. Loved being over the Wine Bar for easy access to afternoon snacks, lunch or dinner. Great people watching, too. Condo was comfortable for two of us but would sleep another two adults easily. Definitely recommend. Very communicative and thorough with information. Lot of texts before, during and after stay. Appreciate the online access to all rental information.

The place is the perfect location overlooking Hwy 30A and across the street from the Watercolor Beach Club. We rode the provided bikes everywhere. It's a corner condo with balconies on two sides. We used them both. Relaxing. One small thing that showed us how much care they put into prepping for guests is that the kitchen drawers were exceptionally organized.
