Nestled across from the scenic pond and just steps from the big green playing field at Camp WaterColor, 176 Red Cedar Way offers an inviting blend of luxury, relaxation, and family fun. With its open floor plan and elegant décor, this home is perfect for entertaining or simply unwinding together in comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen has Thermador and GE Monogram appliances with a bar that seats five and dining table for twelve. Just off the kitchen is an awesome playroom for the kids to enjoy with a TV, a chalkboard door, and plenty of toys. The home is equipped with two laundry rooms, one downstairs and the other upstairs. The living room has a 66” flat screen Apple TV where you can enjoy your own movies and music by logging into your iTunes account. With surround sound throughout the entire house, you can listen to music while cooking dinner or watching the sunset from the outside deck. There are two fireplaces, one indoor gas fireplace and one outdoor wood burning fireplace on the back porch.
The sleeping areas of this house are just as upscale as the living areas. Each bedroom has its own state of the art flat screen TV. A master bedroom is located on the first floor with a king bed and access to the relaxing back deck. This master bedroom also has its own private bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and two vanities.
The second floor of this house has more than bedrooms. A favorite family hideaway is the cozy book nook at the top of the stairs. It’s the perfect place to snuggle up with a good beach read or pile in with the whole family for a book before bed. Just past the book nook is a beautiful office for those that still need to find time for a little work while on vacation. If you need a break from the home office, step out onto the fabulous front screened porch or open porch where you can enjoy views of the Camp WaterColor pond. Past the full size laundry room are two queen bedrooms each with their own private bathroom containing a shower and tub combination. There is a second master king bedroom on the second floor with access to a back covered porch and relaxing daybed. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower with two shower heads. The fifth bedroom is a large bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds that sleep 4 and a pull out sofa bed, truly a kid’s dream! The bunk room also has a huge flat screen Apple TV, a coffee table for playing games or doing puzzles, and plenty of room to hang out. The kids have their own living area to enjoy!

PLEASE NOTE: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
