Wonderful vacation!

It was very clean and comfortable. All things were in great working order. We had a wonderful week riding bikes, walking, cooking delicious meals, sitting on the porch, playing games and putting together puzzles. We went to all 4 property pools and the beach. We played trivia at the beach pool and watched the sunset. The rental agency made sure we were comfortable and all our needs were taken care of quickly and efficiently. We will use Sanders again.

The home was very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and excellent quality. This home was located across the street from Camp Watercolor and very close to grocery store. We really enjoyed our stay and Sanders customer service. We needed to call for maintenance a few times and the response was immediate. I found communication with Sanders to be excellent. The info text was very thorough and helpful during our stay.

The property was gorgeous and the location was ideal. The golf cart was so nice to have and we will definitely be back. Margaret Anne was very attentive and was quick with responding to anything we needed. She was just wonderful!

The stay was amazing! The property was exactly as described in the listing and pictures, and even better in person. Location was perfect right in front of the Camp Watercolor pool! We loved the additional access to the Watercolor Beach Club. The golf cart was a great perk to the house, since the golf carts in the community were sold out. Beautiful home, very clean and well kept. The first time we stayed on the backside of Watercolor and found it very peaceful and less congested than the areas closer to the beach. Sanders was very responsive and provided timely helpful information. The home was prepared nicely for our arrival.

The house was beautiful, well kept and just as it appeared online. When our family was iced in, I emailed to ask if our trip could be pushed back a day. I got a quick response and luckily the house was available so we could adjust our trip dates. The response time and helpfulness of the Sanders team was fantastic.
