The house was a great fit for our crowd. The open space was great for getting together for meals and the tv and outside space on the second floor gave our teens their own area to hangout. Having a grill and a solo stove were icing on the cake. The location was perfect!

Wonderful house and property. Bikes were in good condition. House was in close proximity to the beach access. Kitchen was well-provisioned with cookware, dishes, etc. Priscilla was always helpful and quickly responsive.

21 Chanal Street served our family well. It?s a beautiful property. We will definitely rent it again. Location is convenient to beach and restaurants. Larger pool than most places we?ve rented. Sanders team stayed in touch and made sure we had everything we needed.

21 Chanel Court has become a new favorite. Though we usually stay in Watercolor, we couldn't have been happier with our stay as 21 Chanel Court. The owners do a great job keeping up the property, Sanders does an excellent job maintaining the property for renters. It's a win-win in our book. Our family of 8 loved 21 Chanel Court. It was well maintained and very clean. Property was as described, kitchen had everything you might need. Pool and outside kitchen area were awesome. Neighborhood is quiet and location is great. We appreciated the golf cart and bikes. Team members were always polite, professional and very responsive. E-mail communication before, during and pre-departure was timely and informational.

The pictures on the website don?t do this house justice. It was perfect for our adult family of 9. It was super spacious, great kitchen and living room, plenty of bedroom and bathroom area and the pool was as good as you will find. Clean, well appointed and the Sanders staff was very responsive. Will stay here many times in the future! My wife and I have made a trip to this area our Family Christmas gift and this experience was the best one yet.

We loved our stay, we had 11 in our group and had plenty of space. The house is nice and well thought out. The location is perfect and the golf cart was icing on the cake! The management is extremely helpful and responsive which made it that much better when issues do arise. We?ll be back!

We had a great stay! This home has everything you need for a great vacation - the private pool (larger than most) and 6 passenger golf cart were our favorite! We would definitely stay here again! Team members checked in on us when we arrived and brought us potholders and pool towels that we were missing. Also getting text messages was a great way to communicate!

Wonderful stay at this property. Very clean and comfortable. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped and the extra ice machine was a plus. Pool was fantastic and can't beat the location. Would definitely stay here again with my family! Fantastic communication!

We did love so many things about our Chanel 21 house...and would def like to book again. The location is great, we had plenty of room for our 12 family members. The pool, golf cart and bikes were awesome too! It was missing a few kitchen items...wine/bottle opener, spatulas, cooking pot. But overall loved staying there and hope to book again! This house was the best we've ever rented. It's gorgeous and has everything you need. It includes Golf cart with easy access to everything. We never moved our cars, so if you are flying in, you will only need transportation to/from the airport and your set! The private pool was the best. The kids loved being able to swim whenever they wanted to. Also, an easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Great location!! Beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back if it's not already booked.

The house was excellent. It is very beautifully appointed. The location was great. Easy walk or bike ride to everything. Love that they have bikes and a golf cart for use. The pool was also great. It was wonderful, everyone bragged about how nice and clean it was. The pool in the back was the icing on the cake and everything was easy to access and came with clear instructions. The home was beautiful and we will be back! Working with your team was extremely easy and they were very helpful. They called and offered their help and advice and even calmed me down over some people in my party were anxious about the hurricane.
