The house is clean and beautiful and could not be in a better location. We walked almost everywhere and used the bikes a couple of times. Sitting on the back patio someone in our party was even treated to a few deer that cruised by while he was catching up on some work. Your team always exceeds expectations. I get texts ahead of time with all of the pertinent information. I find the process to be easy and efficient. I feel like I?m staying in a friend?s home. We will be back next year! We enjoyed every minute of this property-- everything was so well stocked and we loved being so close to the Seaside city center-- the house is equipped with many many hooks on walls which is something I've always seen as a game changer, especially when at the beach and have lots of towels to hang up. The team at Sanders was amazing! We felt welcomed, informed and really cared for in our home away from home! We enjoyed our time at 25 Lake District immensely!

This house was absolutely wonderful. It?s location is perfect. It?s directly behind the square but nestled in a little cul de sac so you don?t get a lot of noise. We were able to walk to the shops and all dinner reservations. I would HIGHLY recommend this house, we will definitely rent it again.

The property was beautiful, well- stocked, and in a fabulous location. The team members answered any questions and provided help very quickly. A quick text to them, and they were available to help. There was excellent communication before and during our stay. Sanders was a pleasure to work with! We will definitely rent here again!

Home was spotless, very comfortable, loved the decor, great location, very quiet. Morgan was fantastic!!! I was very nervous about first vacation since covid began, and she patiently and very caring listened providing factual information to feel more comfortable. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. It was truly a home away from home with plenty of room for all. The location was extremely convenient but also felt somewhat secluded from the crowds. We also enjoyed the porches a lot which were very nice to have on several of the days that were rainy. Excellent service. I had immediate replies to requests over the holiday weekend and the service was friendly, on time, and most importantly they fixed the issues. We will definitely book this property again.

We had the best time at this home away from home. The house was immaculate and professionally decorated. It was so clean and homey. The kitchen was stocked with anything you may need to cook. Plenty of space...we have 2 adult plus 6 teens! We enjoyed using the bikes that were provide to explore the community which was so peaceful. The location is close to Seaside and not too far from the clubhouses. We will definitely visit this property again. Highly recommend!!

This property worked out great for us. We are a family of 5, and had plenty of room. Perfect distance to all of the amenities, as well as dining and shopping. We could walk, ride bikes, or take the golf cart we rented. Anytime I called with a question, the Sanders staff was polite and very helpful.

The property was PERFECT. The house was amazing & located in a beautiful area. Fully stocked to meet all our needs & extremely spacious. Loved this beautiful vacation home.
