We just took our fifth trip to Watercolor, and 271 Red Cedar Way is one of the nicest homes for rent in Watercolor. The location, size, and quality are first-class, especially for a larger group. The pool was an excellent escape for the kids in the morning and evening when we were not at the larger pools/beach. Considering the price point, it makes it possibly the best value in Watercolor.

We recently booked a home through Sanders Beach Properties. This property was located in the Watercolor Resort in Seaside Florida. It is the second time we have rented this property. All 16 of us stayed comfortably there. There were a few minor issues but Sander’s provided quick fixes. We were pleased with the service.

Perfect Family Vacation

The Red Cedar Way property was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for everyone, with a large, well-stocked kitchen that accommodated several family meals. The onsite pool and hot tub were very convenient, especially since we had our 2-year old grandson with us. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The proximity to Camp Watercolor, plentiful walking and biking trails, and nearby Tennis and Beach Clubs underscored how great Watercolor is for family vacations. We look forward to another return, hopefully to this same home, to build more family memories! The service and responsiveness of the Sanders team was outstanding, and I highly recommend them.

The house was beautiful and well equipped with all of the items we needed. Your staff followed through on all of our requests for two special needs children. Also, we had a few intances for which we needed to contact maintenence. They responded very quickly and resolved each of our issues.

Wonderful property! Great amentiies, location, fit our group comfortably. We were a group of 12 adults but this is the same style house I have rented with our family before with kids, and it would be great for them too. Golf cart was a wonderful touch. Pool and hot tub were clean. The whole place was so nice! Fantastic! Excellent response time.

Our stay was perfect. The house was as beautiful as pictured and so spacious and clean. Would stay here again. Jennifer was great to work with. She accommodated our needs on check in day which made it so nice for our family with 5 babies under 4.

Your Team has been the most informative companies I have ever dealt with when renting a house in Watercolor. It was always very easy to communicate with you whether it was via text or email. I never had to wait long for a response. Whenever a crew needed to come make repairs they texted us to make sure it was ok if they can come and what time they would be arriving so we can prepare for that which I really appreciated. The house was beautifully decorated and spacious. It slept all of us comfort table. The linens and mattresses were super comfy. The kitchen was stocked for all cooking styles. Every person I spoke to was courteous, respectful and knowledgeable.
