Just a block from the Camp WaterColor Pool and Playground, this charming home invites you to unwind and enjoy the leisurely pace of coastal living. As you approach, the welcoming front porch beckons you to sink into a cozy chair and savor the serene surroundings.

Step inside, and you'll be greeted by a spacious open living area designed for gathering and entertaining. The oversized dining table comfortably seats eight, with additional seating at the bar for those casual meals and conversations. A large flat-screen TV hangs in the living room, perfect for family movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The heart of this home is the stunning open kitchen, equipped with upgraded stainless steel appliances, making it an ideal space for culinary creations.

PLEASE NOTE: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Perfect location for families with kids

This home provided everything we needed for our family vacation. We loved riding our bikes into Seaside for meals, reading on the front porch and walking to the Camp Watercolor pool, playground and basketball courts. This was a perfect location for our family with 3 children (ages 4-8). Beach access is a little further away at the Beach Club, but still doable by bike or a long walk. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was perfection for our family of 5! Close to Publix, Watercolor amenities, and Seaside, but still tucked away on a quiet street. Would definitely stay here again.

This is our second year staying at 37 Red Cedar Way! We love this house and the location is perfect for our family! We can walk to the Camp pools and check on the turtles daily in the pond. We just loved everything about our stay and Sanders Beach rentals takes incredible care of us and our needs! We will be back and already counting down the days! This is our happy place!

Priscilla was great to work with. We didn't have any issues except for losing internet for a brief time which certainly isn't your fault. LOVE the text messages for communication. Super helpful! We will be back down next February again for a couple of weeks. They were very accommodating and I was pleased to have an early check in!

Great location. We were fortunate to have quiet folks on either side of us. Well stocked kitchen. A big thank you to the owners to sharing their home with us and our pups. The trails were amazing and taking a walk with them a couple of times a day was perfect. The bikes were also a nice addition. Priscilla was great to work with. Our family had an INCREDIBLE week in Watercolor thanks to ?The Sunny Side? and Sanders Beach Rental! The location was great ? just one turn off of Western Lake Drive in Watercolor and walking distance to Camp Watercolor, which is always a big hit with our kids. The house had plenty of space for our family of five, including a four-bunk room for the kids. We truly enjoyed the property. It was perfect for our group. It is comfortable and has everything you need. The kitchen was furnished nicely. We definitely had everything we needed from pans, utensils, bowls, etc. Priscilla was wonderful. We made a couple of pretty substantial requests, and she immediately worked to assist and get the requests fulfilled. She was very pleasant, reached out to us consistently, and we felt very cared for. Thank you to her for making our vacation such a great success.

The house was absolutely wonderful. The property was very clean. It was great for our young kids with it being only one level. My 16 month old loved being able to walk around and explore. The house was just a 1 minute walk from the Camp Watercolor pool which for young children is a dream!
