The home was perfect for us. We had 4 adults and 2 children and our dog. Very very clean and comfortable. Golf cart such a plus. Renting through Sanders has been the best experience of all of the companies we have rented through.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was well stocked, clean and we loved the location. We also loved the porch swing. The bicycles and golf cart were very nice to have. I would stay here again for sure.

Our property was perfect! It was beautifully set up and well suited for our family. It was in a great location. Close to a perfect pool and the property had a great grassy area, out back, for the kids to play. We loved every minute of our stay and can't wait to return to Water Color, Florida!!!! Everyone was really great to work with! So very helpful and full of information. Can't wait to come back next year!

I cannot say enough about 41 Red Basil Drive. My friends and I absolutely enjoyed the rental to the fullest. We used the kitchen, the laundry area, every bathroom, all the bedrooms, the electric golf cart, the porch and the games in the wine bar area. The residence was spotless, had every amenity we needed and was beyond comfortable. Hands down one of the THE best rental properties I've ever stayed at and will absolutely be staying with Sanders Beach Rentals again. Hopefully sooner than later! Whenever I h

Beautiful home, loved that we did not have to buy much for our stay, plenty of places to eat close to the home and loads of swimming pools and the beach. All info was through e-mails but everything was easy, efficient and no problems.

The property was very clean, quiet, and conveniently located. There was plenty of space for our family. The golf cart made it easy to get to the beach in no time, and my girls loved riding the bikes. Working with your team was so easy throughout the entire process. Questions were answered quickly and professionally. One afternoon we realized the upstairs air conditioning unit was not cooling. It was fixed very quickly and our vacation was not interrupted at all.

We enjoyed the property very much! Everything was clean, well stocked, and worked great! It was all as pictured on the website. We had to call/email a couple of times during our booking process, and the people we dealt with were prompt and efficient. It was a great experience.
