This home offers plenty of space with two living areas and four king bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom as well as a carriage house. With impeccable furnishings and comfortable accommodations for up to 16 guests, this is the ultimate beach retreat for families vacationing together.

Neutral décor gives a fresh and relaxing vibe to this home’s main living level. The open-concept floorplan allows a great flow for guests to enjoy the kitchen, dining, and living area. Custom bright white cabinetry, marble countertops, and premium stainless-steel appliances make this kitchen a dreamy place for preparing family meals. Unwind in style as the screened porch with an outdoor fireplace and ample seating are easily accessible from the kitchen and chic indoor living space. A summer kitchen with gas grill is also just off the screened porch making this an ideal setup for entertaining with family and friends after a full day of fun in the sun. The first-floor master suite offers a king bed and a private bathroom with marble countertops, a glass-front shower, and a separate soaking tub. A half-bathroom, washer and dryer, and butler’s pantry are also located on the main level.

Only one cart allowed per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. This home comes with a golf cart; therefore a second cart can not be rented.

The house was amazing!!! Beautifully decorated, very clean, the golf cart & bikes were awesome to have and the location of the home is awesome! We had both sets of grandparents with our family of 5 and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. The carriage house was awesome. The porches are amazing and my kids loved the screened in ping pong! Will be back!!

Never had a management company who was so professional. The level of communication, attention to details and ability to assist right away made it a flawless stay. You can text them instantly and get a quick answer which was so helpful. Never had a company call to tell us our home was ready early or ask if they could leave lights on if we were arriving late—they are stellar! They made everything so incredibly easy from check-in to check-out and we absolutely enjoyed our week! We will definitely be renting with Sanders again!!

We stay a few times every year in Seaside/Watercolor and this is by far my favorite home. So much space, quality furniture and amenities, the golf cart is fantastic. The kids bunk space is HUGE and they have their own screened in porch with ping pong table. On the map the location seemed far but once there, the bikes took us to Seaside or the beach club in 5-8 minutes, WITH kids. The fun trails through the trees and neighborhood there was an unexpected surprise our family loved when heading to breakfast or to the beach or Seaside! And when we returned it was quiet and no cars up and down the street, a huge plus to this location.. The quality and size of the home, and the fabulous layout make this one a no-brainer over all others in the area for families. And all the adults felt they had space and privacy. Oh, and the golf cart ride to the Publix is 7 minutes and so fun, and they have an attached carrier for the groceries on the cart! We never needed a car ever!! I highly recommend this home and we can't wait to return to it!!!
