DETAILS:
This remarkable home at 672 Western Lake Drive is located in the heart of WaterColor’s Park District and just a few steps to the Boathouse Pool & Beach Club. Be among the first to experience the beauty of the professionally decorated 5-bedroom estate. Stepping into 672 Western Lake Drive you are greeted with a large open layout that features a living room with ample seating around a flat screen television accompanied by an oversized bar for easy access to your favorite cocktail as you relax with friends and family. Just over a few steps you will enter the luxurious kitchen equipped with ice maker, stainless steel appliances and gorgeous custom countertops. A dining area that comfortably seats 8 is located just off the kitchen, creating an entertainer’s paradise with an additional seating for 6 at the kitchen bar. The first-floor bedroom features a king bed with a full bath including a single vanity and walk in shower.

The second floor of 672 Western Lake Drive has an additional three bedrooms beginning with a master king suite with private bath hosting a walk-in shower and double sink vanity, this master bedroom also has access to a large balcony with two elegant outdoor couches. The second master bedroom on the second floor features a large room with a sitting area, king bed and access to the oversized balcony in addition to a private bathroom with a separate shower and jetted soaking tub. Just down the hall you will find the third bedroom hosting a fun pink bunkroom which will sleep a total of four in two twin over twin bunks with a private shower/tub combo bathroom.

Need a little more space? 672 Western Lake Drive has a beautiful well-appointed carriage house just off the downstairs porch. The carriage house has a small breakfast nook with bench seating along with a king bed and private bath with a large walk-in shower.

We loved this house!! It was just right. The house is well built and in a perfect location. It is within easy walking/bike ride distance of the beach club. The bikes are in really good condition and are comfortable. 6 bikes were plenty for our needs for 10 people. The house is well decorated and family room and dining room sofas and chairs are very comfortable. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier. The management group was very accommodating for us. We would definitely rent this house again!

Gorgeous, immaculately maintained home in the most convenient location in WaterColor. We have been coming to the 30A area for the last 25 years and these accommodations were absolutely the best. Rented an SUV, but did not need it. The bikes and the golf cart provided all the transportation we needed to get to the grocery store, the restaurants, shopping, and the beach.Sanders management checked in via text several times just to make sure everything was working properly, but never needed their assistance.Will highly recommend to friends!

Our family ventured to Santa Rosa for the first time this Spring Break with 3 kids and 7 adults. We weren’t sure what to expect and this house, watercolor and seaside exceeded all of our expectations. One thing we didn’t realize until late during our stay is that there is a nearby path which leads to Seaside shops/food trucks in less than 5 minutes. It is also right between the Watercolor Beach Club and Camp Watercolor- two favorites with kids especially! Everything was well maintained and cozy! We had one issue where the smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night and the concierge answered the phone at 3 am and told us how to shut it off and promptly send over maintenance the next day to check it out. All in all the trip was a 10/10. My only complaint is the charge that watercolor has for beach chairs. Sort of crazy…

I had never been to 30A and I was concerned about the craziness of Spring Break, but we couldn't have stayed at a better house to accommodate myself, my husband, our two daughters and 7 additional teenagers. The house was beautiful, simple, clean, and close to everything we needed (Publix, the club pool, tennis courts, Seaside shops, the food trucks, etc.) If we didn't want to walk, we had 8 bikes and a 6-person golf cart to also get us around, so there was never any transportation issues, which was a appre

The property was amazing, very well appointed and updated. It had everything we needed, kitchen and bathrooms were very well equipped. Property includes limo golf cart and bikes which makes for easy access to the local grocery store, Seaside beach, shops and restaurants and within walking distance to Watercolor beach, shops and restaurants. So much fun to ride around the area and site see. Highly recommend this property!!! Priscilla was extremely helpful from start to finish. She even helped us find a ride

This property is beautifully decorated, ideal location, super spacious ? it?s perfect for a girls weekend! Communication with their staff is seamless, we had a breaker flip at one point and couldn?t locate the switch box. Within 10 minutes of texting the number, maintenance showed up at the house to fix it.

The property is beautiful & the location is great as it?s 2-3 blocks off the beach. Everyone was comfortable our entire stay! We had pretty much everything we needed for a perfect vacation. 672 western lake is a beautiful property, very convenient to the beach, seaside square and everything else you need or want. The home is amazing ......gorgeous and spacious and cozy all at the same time! The porches are fantastic and the kitchen is made for a crowd! It was such a wonderful place to stay! We enjoyed relaxing and at the same time had tons to do and see. The location of this home can not be beat! Top that off with 6 bikes and a 6 seater golf cart and the options are limitless!! It was a great house! My daughter got married at Watercolor Lakehouse and the house was right down the street. My whole family stayed at the house. We could all be together and go to wedding events. It was awesome! And dealing with Sanders Beach Rentals was a breeze!! They were awesome! Very informative and helpful.

The home was in a good location and a perfect fit for our family. We enjoyed our stay in Watercolor and the property was close to the Beach Club. The bikes and golf cart were great we rarely used our cars.
