This remarkably designed home at 91 Bluejack Street is tucked away in an elegant area of the ever popular Lake District in WaterColor and just a few steps to the Frog Pool. Stepping into 91 Bluejack Street you are greeted with two sitting areas accompanied by a large flat screen television hoisted over a remarkable gas fireplace. A dining area that comfortably seats 8 is located in the middle of the open floor plan, creating an entertainers paradise. Just over a few steps you will enter the luxurious kitchen equipped with ice maker, Wolf range, spacious Sub-Zero refrigerator, Bosche dishwasher, wine refrigerator and beautiful granite counter tops. Adding to an entertainers dream kitchen, you will find three whicker bar stools for everyone to gather together.

The first floor master bedroom suite features a king bed and a private bathroom with a double vanity and a large shower/ tub combination. The master bedroom on the second floor features a king bed and private balcony with ample outdoor seating in addition to a private bathroom with a separate shower and a soaking tub. Just down the hall you will find a third bedroom hosting a king size bed and large bathroom with a walk in shower. A perfect spot for the children is this fun bunk room with 4 twin size beds and large flat screen TV.

Beautiful home in a peaceful location. Plenty of space for family of 6 adults and 2 young children. Everyone loved the screened porch with the swing! Easy access to Camp Watercolor and fishing ponds. Home/ kitchen was well equipped. The golf cart was an added bonus that we used all the time. Sanders beach rentals was wonderful to work and communicate with. We hope to return in the future and would definitely use Sanders Beach Rentals again.

We loved our stay at 91 Bluejack. The house was impeccably clean and well stocked. Lots of room to spread out indoors and great porches to enjoy the weather. The house is easy access to the Frog Pool And Camp Watercolor. The cart and bikes made it easy to get to the beach and trips to the grocery. We had two small maintenance issues and they were fixed very quickly. Quiet and charming area. We would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed the house, very well equipped and comfortable. Great location! We called about an issue with the ceiling lights. Jacob came and took care of the problem and was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.

91 Bluejack had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The kitchen was well stocked, and made any meals at home easily doable. The screened in porch was a dream with it?s swing bed much fought over! The Sander?s team is always friendly and accessible. The knowledge that any issues, needs, or concerns can be addressed by simply texting the concierge is wonderful. We?ve been to Watercolor three times now. Each time has been fabulous, but we?ve stayed in a different house every time. When we return for a fourth trip, we will search out 91 Blue jack first. Wonderful layout- expansive but still intimate. Plenty of outdoor seating, and great indoor layout for family time. (Two couples with 4 kids.) master bedrooms were both fantastic, and the large golf cart was perfect.

Very nice property. We stayed at another property the last two years. The first year was managed by Sanders - the second year it was not. We will always rent with Sanders moving forward!!! Thank you for keeping everything so clean during this time! Felt very safe and comfortable. Amazing - second time renting with Sanders. Love everything!!

Our family loved staying at 91 Bluejack St. in the Lake District! It was as advertised and exactly what we wanted. Staying in the Lake District gave us a peaceful, private place to return to after a busy day at the beach. We especially enjoyed having two masters, one downstairs and one upstairs. This house was great! Our family of 5 plus a family of 4 was able to stay in it comfortably. The screened in porch with the daybed swing is divine! The golf cart made it very convenient to load up for the beach as well as quick runs to Publix. We loved our stay in this home in Watercolor. Sanders was very responsive with our request to add a day of rental and to rent extra bikes.

What a beautiful, luxurious home! This was our first visit to Watercolor, and from the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in a dreamy utopia. The house is welcoming and truly feels brand new! It is large with plenty of spaces to get together in various sized groups, but also easy to find a corner and get some alone time. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The house was a perfect fit for our group and the golf cart was well utilized for local dining/shopping. Great location and easy access to beach. Absolutely lovely property that was immaculately clean, user friendly and very comfortable! We had quite a mix of ages and had friends over frequently. The house met and exceeded all of our need! Very friendly to the home chef as we are several meals in due to COVID related restaurant delays. There was a ton of space and I think it was larger than the pictures showed. We live the quiet of this section of watercolor but the easy access to trails and the frog pool. It was all-around great!!

Beautiful well equipped home. It had everything we needed for 3 adults, 2 twenty year olds and 2 teens. The kitchen is fully stocked which was a huge plus as we love to cook. Great location.
