'Ivy Cottage' is conveniently located in the Camp District of Watercolor at 55 Spartina Circle. The home backs up to a private pond and Camp Watercolor green, with a walking path directly to Camp Watercolor pools and lazy river. The home also includes use of a six passenger electric cart.
The first floor welcomes you with a luxurious, open-concept, living space, dining room, and kitchen. Just off of the living space is a wonderful screened in porch with conversational seating, perfect for relaxing afternoons in the shade. Also located on the first floor is a luxurious, king sized bedroom and ensuite bath with a walk-in shower.
The second floor features the elegant and romantic master retreat which has comfortable seating, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate tub, and an oversized walk-in closet with a bonus bunk area for small children.
