This Beautiful home exceeded our expectations. This house had everything we could have wanted. We loved the Huge Sliding door that we kept open most of the time. We loved the feel of having the outdoor inside and enjoyed listening to the waterfalls. The outdoor fire place in-between two water fountains was a dream. They had a ton of logs stocked behind the fireplace so we would not run out. We loved the heated pool -one day it was not working and we called sanders and 5 men showed up within 15 minutes and fixed it. This house had beautiful balconies on the first and second floors. A ton of bedrooms with comfortable beds, a carriage house and a 6 passenger Golf cart. The kids loved playing Ping pong outside. There is a large laundry room and an office on the second floor. We loved the Grill was awesome for our Hamburger Cookout. The frog pool was right around the corner and we went there on a windy day. Our kids lost a couple of bikes - Sanders found two with in the week and did not charge us and the last one was found a couple of weeks later and sanders is crediting our card. What an honest and upstanding company. Whenever we had an issue Sanders responded immediately and had someone at our house within the hour. We have rented with several other companies in 30A and Sanders is now our favorite management Company hands down.. We absolutely loved 50 Vermilion Way. This house was a dream, tucked back in a charming quaint location with no houses behind us. Thank you Sanders for a wonderful Spring Break we will never forget!!

I love this house! Perfect for my 50th b'day weekend.Booking was great. I was able to get multiple quotes for different homes and your agency worked with me to get the Sunday stay over because my 50th b'day was on the Saturday this is usually required for check out. I was very grateful for the exception in your policy. Upon check in (and thank you for an early check in) all my questions and maintenance issues were dealt with promptly. Great team.

We stayed at 50 Vermillion. The house was great - very spacious and provided all that we needed. A very beautiful property. We worked with Priscilla Brackins in your team. The property was beautiful and everyone enjoyed the house and the community. We weren't expecting a visit from a couple of black bears but it did make for a memorable time. We hope to return in the future. Thank you. Team members were polite, respectful and responsive to our questions / needs.
