This home was perfect for our large group! It really was even better than expected. Plenty of space and lovely comfortable furnishings. A wonderful surprise to discover the multiple dishwashers, multiple washer/dryers, the ice machine and beverage fridge. We didn't even get to take advantage of all the amenities this go round, but I definitely would want to rent this home again.

We have been staying at homes in Watercolor managed by Sanders for 4 years now and have consistently had wonderful experiences. The homes are absolutely gorgeous and immaculately clean. Sanders is very responsive and delightful to work with. We have already booked our stay for next year. We truly appreciate how hard you all work to make our vacation perfect!

The house was amazing and the furshings were beautiful., The golf cart & bikes were awesome to have and the location of the home is perfect. We loved kitchen and the coffee/wine bar. I highly recommend this home and we can't wait to return to it!!!

The home we stayed at on 90 Flatwood was gorgeous!! Our grands loved the bunk beds. The pool was lovely as well, and we appreciated the golf cart. Your team has been so helpful and so accessible. You responded right away when we had a leak & also promptly brought us a new blender. Everyone is so helpful & friendly. We will definitely book with you again next summer!

Property was fantastic for large family with kids. The whole third floor is set up for kids. Great location to beach - just right over the walking bridge. Great experience. Had maintenance come turn pool heater on amd they were on site within an hour

We loved the house! The Lake District in Watercolor is the perfect location for easy access to the beach and Watercolor Town Center. The house was beautifully decorated and attention to detail was evident by the furnishings and art. The porches were fabulous, and we loved the private pool.

The screened in back patio was perfect. Nothing bad to say about this rental house. You can tell the owners really take pride in offering a great place and experience for renters! The house was as advertised, if not better. Plenty of room for a big group to spread out, location was excellent with a beautiful walk/bike ride to the beach club. Working with Sanders Beach Rentals was the easiest rental experience I have ever had, and we rent a lot of houses.
